This project involved the full construction and management of a new residential development of four high-quality homes in Chelmsford.
Silverpoint Construction delivered the scheme from groundworks through to completion, coordinating every trade and maintaining consistent standards at each stage of the build.
The Brief
The client needed a contractor who could take responsibility for the whole programme, from setting out and foundations through to handover, while keeping quality and communication consistent across four plots running side by side.
Our role covered full build management: groundworks and foundations, blockwork and structural shell, insulated floor and roof build-ups, first and second fix, bathrooms and internal finishes, and the external works and block paved frontage.
The Result
Four completed homes, finished to a high standard and delivered as a single coordinated development rather than four separate builds.
Careful sequencing across the plots kept the site efficient and the programme predictable, with quality maintained consistently from the first foundation to the final handover.
