What we collect
The only personal information this website actively collects is what you choose to give us through our enquiry form. That is :
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your telephone number
- The location of your project
Our website host also keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited. These are generated automatically for security and to keep the site running properly.
We do not use analytics or advertising tracking on this website, and we do not sell or share your details for marketing purposes.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use the details you submit to respond to your enquiry, to arrange a site visit or quotation, and to keep in touch about the work you have asked us about.
Our lawful basis for this is legitimate interests : you have contacted us about building work and it is reasonable for us to reply and to keep a record of the enquiry. Where you go on to become a customer, we process your information to perform our contract with you, and to meet legal obligations such as tax and health and safety record keeping.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to two years and then deleted. Records relating to completed projects are kept for six years after the end of the work, which is the period we are required to keep business and tax records and the period within which a contractual claim could be brought.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only where necessary to run our business, which may include :
- Our website host, which stores the site and its server logs
- Our email provider
- Our accountant, for records relating to work carried out
- Suppliers, subcontractors or architects working on your project, where they need your details to do so
- Any authority we are legally required to disclose information to

This website uses only the cookies needed for it to work properly and to keep it secure. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.
Your rights

- Ask us to correct anything that is inaccurate
- Ask us to delete your information, where we have no continuing reason to keep it
